Opera East Texas is seeking a quartet of talented, professionally-minded singers for its newly formed Apprentice Program. Those selected will be given the opportunity to cover leading roles, be considered for supporting roles, and sing in the chorus of the mainstage productions, in addition to doing outreach performances throughout the region. During OET's production period, singers will have weekly coachings with Artistic Director Gerald Steichen and/or other leading professionals in the field.

Participants will enroll concurrently in the Master's Degree -- Opera Performance Track at Stephen F. Austin State University.
