I ordered in March 2008, I received an Email telling me of their present difficulties, and they have been in regular contact eversince, I received another Email on the 22 July,and received my order on the 27th. So be patient, thay are catching up with back orders.

I first ordered from this company on the 31st january 2008. Four months later, despite repeated assurances from different staff members, each one saying they had personally seen them sent, (all at different times I might add) my orders have never arrived. Every email I sent was replied to with offers of free dvd's, then free cd's, then finally the offer of having my money refunded. None of those arrived either which means at least three parcels and a letter were "lost in the post"!!!! And they are STILL saying every single thing was sent. I have read other reports about undelivered orders, so AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.
